Tournament Check-In Requirements
Due to Event Sanctioning, ALL players must have a valid player pass.
Birth Certificates will NOT be accepted.
Roster Rules
U13–U19 teams using a 22-player roster may dress a maximum of 18 players per game
Online Check-In Requirements
Teams must upload the following:
Official Roster (USYS, US Club, USSSA, or SAY)
Handwrite jersey numbers if not included
Handwrite guest player names and jersey numbers at the bottom of the roster
Official Player Passes (must match roster)
Guest Player Passes (if applicable)
Tournament Liability Waiver
Digital signatures preferred
Important Deadlines
Check-In Deadline: August 8, 2026
Roster Change Deadline: August 27, 2026
Final Cut-Off: 10:00 PM on August 27, 2026
No changes will be accepted after this time
Important Notes
Birth certificates are NOT accepted
